A true local who knows everyone and everything to do with Gympie Real Estate, John is the fourth generation of farmers and cattle producer’s on his own property north of gympie as well as having more than 21 years experience selling rural real estate in the gympie region. He loves rural living and bringing people together to share in that same lifestyle. In 2010 John with his wife Amanda launched Bambling Rural specialising in selling rural real estate in the Gympie region and purchased the well respected and successful gympierealestate.com.au real estate agency to provide a sophisticated online presence as well as providing a separate business for the Gympie residential market. Amanda loves working with people and property in the rural sector and regional Qld. Before moving to Gympie in 1999 to raise her family, Amanda worked for local and state governments in research, policy and marketing after spending the early part of her career working as a registered nurse in Qld, NSW and overseas. Currently, Amanda is the licensee and owner of the real estate businesses Bambling Rural and gympierealestate.com.au, and, with her husband John manages their farming and cattle enterprise at Gunalda. Amanda loves the real estate market and helping people from all walks of life make the right choices when it comes to buying and selling their home or property. Amanda also manages her own property investment portfolio which gives her an understanding and empathy with her clients which she finds very rewarding .
